What's the best agency in UK for work in Environment, Climatology/Meteorology and/or town planning?

I live in Birmingham and would like to send my CV to an employement agency that deals with the Environmental Sector (Environment, Climatology/meteorology, town planning etc) I am just starting out in the field although I have experience in other fields. I'll be grateful for a good response!

2. Although it seems a step backwards as you have just qualified, some time spent at a pre-eminent Uiversity in this field is good experience. I have first hand experience of the Environmental Sciences department at the University of East Anglia, which are national leaders in climatology. An enquiry about posts in tehir staff might be an option. I have appended their website.
