2. department of local authorities who plan ahead to decide whether we can do this or that and usually ignore .. unless you get them on a good day ...they usually got own agenda good luck if you have any dealings with .....deal with housing , roads,whats going to happen in next century , population etc .
3. Are you asking if any of us are planning to build a town ? If that's your question, my answer is no, not me. If all the houses that I have built personally were grouped together, it would be a town. But my town planning days are in the past. Sorry, you'll have to shop somewhere else.
